Parasites!

I've got a neighbour who keeps a dead plant in a pot. It wouldn't be such a problem if it weren't totally infested with some sort of weird fluffy white scale insect. The bug's spreading to the plants on our side! Best of all, for good neighbour relationships, my father elects to remove 'em as they appear instead of applying precise flames to the neighbours' dead twig to get rid of the horrible things. Ok. I admit, I do enjoy hunting those little bugs out and eliminating 'em, but I really would prefer to play Nausicaa and flame them to oblivion. I'm precise enough to handle it, but my father says...leave it alone. Well...it's his plants anyway. I'll be in my Mehve if anyone needs me.
